What You'll Be Doing:

- Tailored Insurance Solutions: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert recommendations, and create competitive quotes that ensure optimal coverage and peace of mind.
- Support Clients Through Claims: Be the trusted advisor clients rely on, guiding them through the claims process with care and efficiency, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the insurance industry, including regulatory changes and new products, so you can provide clients with the most relevant advice and options.
- Build Long-Lasting Relationships: Establish and nurture strong client connections, delivering personalized service and consistent follow-up that drives client satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a solid understanding of policy types and coverage options.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping others and delivering top-notch service.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
